About us

Riverrose Foundation is a progressive foundation based in Kenya playing a leading role in giving aid to vulnerable women and children’s health, Anti-FGM Crusaders, Gender empowerment, Community Development, Peace and Environmental Interventions.
Our founder/Executive Director Dr.Rose Chemutai Korir carries a profound intuition, transparency and highest appreciation for sustainable development.
This character has majorly inspired the vision and mission objectives of our esteemed foundation.
Under her leadership the River Rose Foundation has transformed the lives of many families through financing education for orphaned children, conducting feeding programs to the Kimalat community and other children rehabilitation homes in Eastern and Rift Valley regions of Kenya so far, supplying alms to the needy particularly in the children rehabilitation homes, gender-based advocacy towards the girl child safety as well as empowering mothers socially so that they can provide basic needs for their families under the tagline of “Blossoming Dreams”.
As a non-political entity, Riverrose Foundation (RRF) exists to make sure that any assistance offered to the beneficiaries is directly channeled with all fairness, care & utmost accountability.

We are located at Kimalat, 40 km South East of Nairobi along Kajiado- Namanga highway.

We are involved in sourcing financial assistance from well wishers so that we support education progression for our beneficiaries who include children in primary, secondary school and tertiary colleges.

Family Development

Our foundation is involved in shaping families through Guidance and Couselling so as to mitigate home based family conflicts. This includes empowering the women and children. Particularily, we provide home based health care to the nursing mothers through providing dry food stuffs to the most vulnerable families.

Environment & CSR

Our foundation is environment consious in the sense that we support clean envirnment campaigns affecting our community like planting trees and solid waste management. With our CSR, we are involved in equipping Enkasiti Primary School library, visiting and equiping AIC Kajiado Othorpaedic rehabilitation & Girls Rescue Centre among others. we'd like to do more!
